Had a weekend stay at Dunston Hall Had excellent service at lunch in the bar from Alex. During this time he had to deal with 2 very rude guests. One who had made a mess under a table with wrapping paper and told him to get a bucket and had him under the table cleaning their mess! The other spilt a drink and and just ordered him to clean it up and get him another! He dealt with it very professional and calmly. I do know this is part of his job but he did it very well. Obviously also had very good training for these types of incident. Had excellent service from start to finish on our stay. P.S. Second time we had fish and chip which were epic

I recently spent a spa weekend at Dunston Hall Hotel and it was an absolutely relaxing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to make everything easy and enjoyable. The highlight of the weekend was the back massage by therapist Melissa leaving me feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. The food throughout my stay was another high point. From breakfast to dinner, everything was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The variety and quality were outstanding, and it really added to the sense of indulgence. Overall, Dunston Hall delivered a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. I left feeling rejuvenated and already planning my next visit!

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were all polite , helpful and friendly. Food was very good 10/10 Spa treatments were excellent.

Been coming to Dunston Hall for many many years always have an enjoyable time,must admit did have a little hiccup with our room,the second day,however it was sorted and we was very well looked after,the housekeeping managerss took the time to come and find us which was very much appreciated that was a lovely touch and showed she really cared,we must say the reception team was lovely as usual and nothing was to much trouble, the food was delicious evening meals and breakfast,I must make a special thank you to Connor a very polite young man and asked not just our table but every table he served if everything was ok nice to see the good old fashioned touch is still going strong,Jane as usual was her normal caring self once again very much appreciated,our last thank you to Will on reception he always has a smile on his face and as he is the first customer facing staff member always going out of his way to make sure you have a lovely welcome once again very much appreciated,last thing thank you for making my 70th Birthday special thank you and looking forward to coming back to Dunston Hall again please keep up the good work thanks Robin and Kathy

Stayed in a Manor Suite for my wife’s birthday. It was a stunning unique room, complimentary drinks and great views. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and the service was second to none. The Spa was great, clean, larger than many and luxurious. Definitely the best we’ve stayed in.

From the long driveway lined with trees you see Dunston hall which is stunning, on arrival at reception Melissa gave us a fantastic welcome and explained about the hotel and all its facilities. do you have the brasserie bar and restaurant plus you have a small bar all places to eat. The breakfast in the morning is in the brasserie bar and it was an amazing buffet of all that you could eat and had a menu if you needed anything special. The hotel has a golf course plus swimming pool and spa. I’ve booked this hotel for a special birthday present for my wife’s big birthday and I was not disappointed nor was my wife the staff are absolutely lovely helpful friendly and so professional this will be a must return in the future. Big thank you to all at Dunston making our visit very special.

We had an amazing time, Rishal on the front desk was fantastic and really looked after us. We had a lovley meal in the evening our waiter Luis was very polite and good help more if he tried. Overall 10/10 from us and look forward to visiting again.

Went to this beautiful hotel for a Spa Day with lunch and a 60 minute facial included. All staff at the hotel were very friendly and made you feel welcome. I would like to highly recommend my Spa therapist AMY who gave me the most wonderful facial/massage I've ever. She had such a lovely warming personality and made me feel very comfortable. She listened to my situation which I felt comfortable enough to share and showed such lovely empathy. I was very impressed at the fact that she has worked there for quite a few years and how much she enjoyed her job. A truly wonderful experience.

Our visit to this lovely hotel between 23rd to 26th March room 036. A lovely experience and with friendly helpful staff. The Spa Treatment was an excellent experience and having never experienced a Spa treatment I must thank Sarah. Without a doubt, it's the Staff that make this hotel "friendly, helpful and with a smile. The Breakfast Service Supervisor Kristie, very attentive to her guests and staff, (not necessarily in that order). My wife is Gluten,Dairy and Vegetarian and all her needs were catered for. Overall an enjoyable stay with our dog, one we will most certainly be going back.

Had a spa stay for my birthday and had a professional massage from Georgia during my stay, I've paid more for massages down south and received far less attention to detail, definitely recommend her services

Mum and I visited Dunston hall for a spa day for the first time on the 11th March. We had a very relaxing day. The Elemis treatments were amazing! Thank you so much to our therapists Amy and Ellie. Food was lovely and all staff members were fantastic. We can’t wait to book in again!

Stayed here for 1 night on a golf break. From checking in to when we left everything went like clockwork. Rooms neat and tidy ( if a little dated) but everything in them you need for a short break. Breakfast delicious. Evening meal in bar area Simple could not fault it. Golf course for time of year in fair condition. But most impressed with the beautiful building and the professional staff. Would recommend for a short golf break and or a couples trip. In the warmer months the terrace would be open a creates a lovely vista. The health club has a large pool and the gym if you fancy is well equipped. I’d sum it up by saying it’s got old style class and great service, and is cracking value. (Currently having some building work done, but that didn’t effect us in anyway)

We had a lovely stay for my Birthday recently. The location is perfect for visiting Norwich, just 15 mins from the City. We were very lucky and received an upgrade and the room was brilliant, comfortable bed, well heated and a great large bathroom. We found the EV charges a welcome addition to our stay. The whole hotel had a relaxing and informal atmosphere and the staff all were friendly and welcoming. We have stayed many times and will continue to do so.

Had a fabulous full body massage and facial with Kristie. I had terrible lower back pain and was a bit worried but she fully put me at ease. WhenI left I felt wonderfully relaxed and more or less pain free! I was truly amazed. It was so relaxing; the warm bed, soothing music and sumptuous Elemis essences were all a bonus. Definitely would recommend for anyone needing to de stress or have a treat. Will certainly go back. Thank you. 🙏😊

This is a beautiful hotel very picturesque. It has a great pool and spa area and gym areas . The rooms are clean comfortable and nicely furnished. Just some minor issues as all rooms do not have a security safe so it might be worth checking if you require one. Lovely public areas ie bars and restaurants. The staff are amazing very friendly and helpful I will definitely stay again . We enjoyed our stay very much 😀

I had a really delightful experience in my spa treatment. Went in was in pain all in my upper back and neck my therapist Georgia a lovely lady who done a really fantastic job she truly is a experienced professional. Left feeling taller and not in pain she found all my knots after 50 min of hard graft and left me in the relaxing room to wind down I thoroughly enjoy my time at Dunston Hall today

Had a full body massage with Kristie and it was so relaxing! She was really professional and talked me through it & checked if the pressure was ok. I had so many knots & she really worked to get them all out. Would definitely have a treatment with her again!

Exceptional staff throughout. Beautiful hotel and grounds. Upgraded to a suite due to towel rail not working. Perfect
